Lead Abatement Worker Initial

Abatement is any set of measures designed to permanently eliminate lead-based paint hazards. Abatement work that is not conducted by a Certified Lead Abatement Worker under direction of a Lead Abatement Supervisor is subject to heavy fines by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or applicable Authorized State Lead Program.
This course is offered in-person, and includes both training and certification for lead abatement workers. Certified abatement firms must have certified Lead Abatement Workers on site who have completed lead abatement training & certification from an approved provider, and have processed the necessary paperwork with the EPA or Authorized State. Training concludes with the required Lead Worker course certification exam.

PLEASE NOTE THIS CLASS HAS A 2 PERSON MINIMUM
You will be contacted when this class is confirmed with the minimum amount of students. If the minimum isn’t met, you will have the option of changing your class to the next available course within 30 calendar days or you may choose to attend the class as one-on-one instruction with an additional fee due on the first day of class.
To comply with CDC guidelines, all students will be required to wear a face covering while in the building. Flatley Read, reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
